VerdeOlivo 1876 is a family country house, a welcoming and peaceful place, a wine relais in Valpolicella, nestled among vineyards and olive trees. Here you will immerse yourself in nature and live the authentic countryside experience. Our family has meticulously supervised the renovation of the villa with the attention paid to what is most precious, to create a warm and well-kept environment where tradition meets modernity.

The finishing of the walls are made with river sand, the choice of wood as the dominant element, the stone of the valley and other natural materials of the area give the farmhouse a rustic and ancient charm, enhanced by a selection of objects from the peasant tradition combined with elements of local artisan production declined in a modern way.

At VerdeOlivo1876 tradition integrates perfectly with more contemporary design elements, in a timeless environment with a simple and refined style in which every guest can feel at home.

Our farmhouse accommodates 4 one bedroom apartments (60sqm each),

1 two-bedrooms apartment (100sqm), and a spacious penthouse (300sqm).

In the central part of the villa, there is a large living room, a kitchen with a fireplace, and 3 suites with private bathrooms.

The entire property is available for exclusive rentals for a maximum of 30 people.

The whole estate is covered by the WI-FI services.

The house, built at the beginning of the 18th century, has been used over the centuries as a country house to host the peasant families who worked the surrounding fields.
In order to maintain the authenticity of the place, we have chosen to preserve the original finishes of the villa without renouncing environmental sustainability.
The villa is equipped with solar panels and decorated with natural materials.

VerdeOlivo 1876 offers 5 apartments and a large penthouse, finely renovated and carefully furnished with the support of local artisans. The apartments are equipped with everything you need to cook, rest, and fully enjoy the surrounding nature, with a panoramic view of the hills.

Each apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen (including tableware, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, and TV), a bathroom with selected high-quality body care products (SS. Annunziata), 1 or 2 bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the living room.
